Not working for custom roles

    Hello,

    we have more roles, one is copied from Author, few of them have different rights. However, the plugin works only for the default Author role, not for others. Is it possible somewhere to choose which roles to use for the plugin?

    Hi there,

    Yes there is an options page at /wp-admin/options-general.php?page=wpusme_settings_page where you can choose roles.

    Well, I haven’t seen such option in the settings so I just put directly correct code in the functions.php…

    Or maybe, I just haven’t seen any settings at all. It is always good to have Settings option directly on the plugins page and not somewhere hidden under settings or tools.

    You are correct. I will fix a settings link on plugins page and do some improvements very soon.

    I have fixed a bug with roles with later WP versions. Rhis should work properly now. I will close this and if you have more issues come back again I will take a look at it.
