Not working for child categories

  • This works well except for child categories.

    They show in the list of categories, but when sewlcting a child of another category 9either dropdown or checkbox) then it returns no results.

    Choosing a patrent category shows a list every page/post from all childs within that parent.

    is there a way to make it work for subcategories? thanks
