• Apparently it works for some, but many seem to see the ‘success’ notification of sending the email and then not receive it.
    This is simply nowhere near reliable enough if you want to guarantee receiving emails or if your business replies on it. I’ve been troubleshooting this & trying many solutions from others in a similar position for weeks to no avail.
    Today I finally got it working – but I have no faith in it now and will be monitoring it closely – I don’t want my client to lose business due to plugin instability.

  • @bezzlebomb – sending emails reliably from WordPress can nowadays require some additional effort. This is largely due to changes made by some major hosting providers to help minimize email spam.

    It’s important to recognise that the same issues now apply to all WordPress form plugins.

    Learning how to deal with these issues and advising clients accordingly is a valuable skill that many experienced WordPress Designers & Developers are now offering as part of their services.
