    I’d be happy to help troubleshoot further. When you say “not working correctly” what do you mean? I just want to ensure we’re on the same page. Does it redirect to the primary domain for you? Or does it show broken page contents? For instance, when I visit the subdomain, I get a broken page that looks like this:

    Based on our Troubleshooting Guide, it might be a number of things for either option.

    What I would suggest is to please read the guide, and let me know if that resolves anything.
