    just tried it out with latest wordpress but doesnt seem to work properly.

    if you add notice at current tit works

    if you make a schedule notice it doesnt work

    is this plugin going to be updated or is it abandoned?

    Hi @koulis,

    This is a good question! I know WordPress have a weird management of scheduled posts. already had an issue where scheduled posts had to be triggered at max few minutes after the planned date and time, unless it is led on an “missed publish” state.     But that said, you are right, did a test on a sandbox site and the notice was not published automatically. I will troubleshoot this and come back with a solution as soon as possible.

    thank you for your reply..i hope you can fix it asap. I was looking for something like this and came across your plugin

    Edit: Just saw the update..is the schedule fixed?

    Update: saw the fixes and schedule was not in it. will be waiting for th next release ??

    You have made a really good point, being able to plan Notices is an essential feature for this plugin so I’m currently looking at this and will provide an implementation as soon as possible!

    I am pleased to announce the immediate release of the new KJM Admin Notices plugin version 1.0.7!

    It should fix the scheduled publication issue, as noted in the changelog :

    – Fixed planned Notices was not displaying on auto-publish.

    seems to be working fine now will check it along the way as i add more notices:) thank you for the fast fix/update

    Edit: can you check the “send email” i have the option enable from settings and also in notice i ticked send email and send to admin but i havent received anything.

    Also i noticed that is conflicting with a plugin i have “Email Tracker “. it has a compose action and it messes the composer with the notice if is still on

    Thank you for your report about the compatibility with “Email Tracker”, next release will solve this.

    Send Email : as of now, you have to save once, and on the 2nd save the email is sent.

    As stated in the plugin’s FAQ :

    The suggested way to do it is to first create a notice with ‘Draft’ state, then when you are set, you just have to publish it to get the emails sent. You will see a big green button in the ‘Sent’ column which shows to how many people th notice has been sent.

    This behaviour will be improved as well in the next release, as well as the ability to send email on planned notices.

    If you have any other concern about email sending, you can check these points :

    – Did you checked some Roles to send to ?
    – Is the green button showing and tells the email was sent to X users on the notices list ?
    – Is your WordPress website email-ready ? (server and PHP configs)

* Fixed Notice duplicate ID causing display error in some cases.
* Fixed Send Email behavior, emails are now sent on the first save.
