not working consistently

I have installed a [clean-login] and [clean-login-edit] shortcode on a login page, but sometimes the login doesn’t work. I’ll type my username and password in, click the button and what I typed in disappears, but nothing else happens. I’m not redirected, and I’m not logged in. I can try it again and sometimes it works the next time and sometimes it doesn’t. I realize this is the hardest kind of problem to troubleshoot, but do you have any idea as to why this might be happening? Is there a problem having both shortcodes on the same page? Is there an incompatibility with Beaver Builder?
