Not working – Causes Blank Page

    I installed this free version of this plugin, but when I added the shortcode, my page went white except for the header. All other content and footer were gone. Seems to be broken.

    Using Classic Editor with Genesis Framework in a bare-bones installation.

    Hi @eventermom,

    Please check on another page where you have not added the Cool Timeline shortcode.
    if the same issue is coming on this page then this is not our plugin issue.
    May be Genesis framework is compatible only with the Genesis Sample child theme.
    So please check with Genesis Sample child theme click here.
    Let me know if the issue still exists after activating the Genesis Sample child theme.
