    Recently my script code stopped working but when I installed the other plugin “Enhanced Text Widget” the script code works fine. What happened? I see no errors in the Console either.

    I currently have the Same exact Code entered in two places in my footer widget area. One using this plugin “Black Studio TinyMCE Widget” and the other “Enhanced Text Widget” and only the Enhanced Text Widget works. I prefer to use this plugin so please help me figure out why it has stopped working.

    scroll down to bottom right under where it says “Loved on the Wedding Wire”

    here is the script code given by WeddingWire.com
    `<script type=”text/javascript” src=”//wwcdn.weddingwire.com/js/widgets/myReviews.js”></script><div id=”ww-widget-reviews” class=”ww-reset ww-reviews-widget”></div><script type=”text/javascript”><!–
    WeddingWire.createReview({“vendorId”:”b55ff9d9bba543c7″, “id”:”ww-widget-reviews”});
    –></script>`

    If you uncheck the “Automatically add paragraphs” of your widget it should run fine. Moreover I would recommend to keep that widget in Text mode, because if you switch back and forth to Visual, the source code is rewritten by the TinyMCE editor, even if still working (this kind of code rewriting is a native WP behavior and it’s not directly depending on our plugin).

    Fixed! Thank you. I unchecked the “Automatically add paragraphs” and now it works.

    Marco,
    I have done everything you suggested in the FAQ section and I can’t get the “Black Studio TinyMCE Widget” plugin to work. I unchecked the “Automatically add paragraphs” I have tried using two different search engines. I have deactivated the other plugins and even changed themes but, still can’t get it to work. I don’t have problems with it on my other sites but can’t seem to figure out what the difference is on this one – aladywithclass.com

    Can you help?

    Thanks, Shannon

    @blondewithclass It looks your issue is different from the one reported at the beginning of this topic (which has been fixed).
    Please open a new thread and describe your problem in detail (“the plugin doesn’t work” is not very informative). Please read our FAQ about troubleshooting issues and how to report detailed information to get support.
