Not working "Automatically add a 301 redirection" in Japanese (multibyte) .

Hi,
I use newest plugin(2.3.6).I want to redirect post’s URL include Japanese to English URL.
But it is not added a 301 redirection automatically.English URL to English URL auto redirect works fine.
Post’s URL include Japanaese is like this , “https://example.com/wp/記事URL”.
And I’d like to change it and redirect it to “https://example.com/wp/postURL”.Are there any ways to resolve this problem?
