Not working at all – comments don't post

This plugin isn’t working for me, and it is very frustrating, especially since it was advertised as being simple and easy.\
The comment boxes are appearing fgune, but when I make a comment through the facebook comment box it doesn’t post. I checked the moderation on facebook and the post ins’t making it there either.
