Using the default questions and answers, straight out of the box, nothing happened. There is no “Save” or “Submit” button apparent on the question screen.

It appears to load one question per screen, with subsequent questions hidden by javascripted CSS. The save button is apparent in page source, hidden by display:none until user complete the survey, but without any action upon entering answers or clicking “next” there is no way to complete survey.

First screen loads with “back” and “next” links but there is nothing to go “back” to on the first question. The link in the button returns “javascript:void(0)” so if that is how users are intended to expose the next question, it’s simply not working.

If it worked, features that apparently ship with the free version would be satisfactory for a simply survey, but it did not work upon installation.

Resolved conflict with another plugin and it worked okay. Barebones CSS is not that pretty but we can fix that. It has a “<<back” button on the first screen before there’s anything to go back to, but we can fix that, too. Scoring is tedious – must click through a bunch of screens to save results, and no cumulative scores on individual questions, but overall, the routing different scores to different landing pages after the survey is the feature we need most, so this plugin will probably live on in our collection.
