not working at all

This plugin is doing nothing.

I’m using WordPress Access Control to control access to the blog overall. It is also a stop-gap measure to prevent access to posts since Restrict Categories isn’t working.

Customized roles have been created with User Access Manager.

Restrict Categories sounds like the absolutely perfect solution for me. I’ve selected which categories I would like different roles to have access to, but nothing changes. I have different usernames with different roles to test. It makes zero difference which I use, Restrict Categories is not restricting anything. I’ve also tried activating and deactivating the other access control plugins in different combinations to see if there is an interaction that breaks RC. Nope.
