Not working as intended, not even the premium version

  • Tested, purchased, saw that the important fields (name, address, etc) get combined in the same cell, making it useless for importing in postal service systems.

    In the support forum many has the same issue, that is not being solved my the author.

  • 1. Have you asked your question on premium support forum, if you have purchased add-on? Provide me link for it.

    2. Which delimiter is used in plugin settings? If it is other than comma (,) then you have to change delimiter in editor settings also.

    Let me know about above two points, then only we can consider this as a genuine review and can move forward to solve your issue.
