    Hi,

    The first time I installed the plugin, it was fully functional, I tested it myself. Then, one of my friends tried to download the file and he wasn’t able to do that so he replied back to let me know.

    Today I decided to test it again and realized it isn’t working. After inserting the email address, it would eventually constantly loading, for ages. Meanwhile, I can see the email in my dashboard, but there is no finality or success message for this procedure in the front end. No email with the download link will be delivered. Will you, please, help?

    P.S.: I’ve been reading the latest topics and I identified my issue with this one. I use LiteSpeed cache too, but adding dae_* in the nonce list unfortunately didn’t solve the problem. Still looking for a solution to this.

    Hi,

    You are using the correct nonce name for the nonce list of your caching plugin.

    If it’s not working (after purging the cache), we recommend you to contact the support team of your caching plugin.
