Not working as described and missing features

i purchased a lifetime license for this plugin expecting that it was going to work as described and to have the Pro features that are just a few (editing options) for the ticker also the shortcode for the ticker is not working with the free version I was able to edit the source news to be used but since I installed the Pro version I can’t even change the source of the news to be used I’m going to give it a couple of days to see if they can fix these issues if not I will apply for the refund
