Not Working as Advertised in Multisite Network

    I have a multisite network. I installed this plugin at the network level and network activated it. I placed the code in the wp-config.php file as directed. HOWEVER, I cannot see ANY configuration or testing capabilities for this plugin anywhere at the Network level. I know it is not working, as I have tried sending emails to people who were added as users. The email did not go through and the users was thus not added. You state that configuration and test capabilities should appear under the Network Configuration/Network Settings at the network level. No go. Please help.

    SOLUTION. DO NOT BOTHER WITH WP-SMTP.

    I was able to make the plugin, “Configure SMTP” work network wide. I went to the file configure-smtp.php in the plugin’s folder and entered the information for my Exchange Server (username, password, smtp port, etc.) in the section found under:

    * Initializes the plugin’s configuration and localizable text variables.

    That made my specific settings for default for each network site. it works!
