Not working anymore with WP 6.5.2

Thanks for reaching out. We did some testing on 6.5.4 and the plugin appears to be working. May we have you update WP to 6.5.4 and let us know if you are still experiencing issues?

I had a look at your example and I think the reason it’s not working is because it’s not using double quotation marks ” instead of the regular quotation marks " . Shortcodes will only run when you have the normal quotation marks on them, so if you change them it should work fine.

Unfortunately, that’s not it either. These pages haven’t been changed, and used to work work fine until WP updated. Any other ideas?

I wonder if this has something to do with the Avia layout builder widget? As an example, this page doesn’t use the Avia layout builder, and seems to work fine:

Hi @asnsupport ! From your first example on the page https://www.advsolned.com/fir-minimum-phase/, the issue appears resolved when I visit the page. May we have you try refreshing and let us know if the issue persists?

It appears to be an issue with Avia layout builder. Changing the editor to Advanced layout Editor, and making a few changes, the plugin seems to now work. However, as we have many pages that now need to be modified, it would be interesting to know why this used to work with Avia layout builder.

@asnsupport I’m wondering if there may have been an update to Avia Layout Builder that occurred around the same time as the WordPress update that caused the problem. You may want to reach out to their support team to see if there were any changes around that time that could have caused a conflict.
