Not working anymore

Hi,

We mentioned an issue with WC Subscriptions 2+ on a previous un-replied topic 1 months ago.
But actually even with simple Woocommerce products linked to a PMPro membership it doesn’t work neither.

We made the error of choosing PMPro for our entire platform cause now it’s been 1months+ without answer and our customers don’t understand why they can’t access the services they pay for after payment.
We have to manually activate the membership of our customers after payment everyday. In the case of subscriptions, we also have to remember each user access duration and manually remove their memberships manually.

I understand this is a free plugin, and I was thankful for that, but can someone from your team at least acknowledge this message please?!
