NOT WORKING and NO SUPPORT

I have a brand new WP site with only Astra, Astra Pro, Elementor, Elementor Pro and Envato Elements Plugin installed. I have connected my Envato Elements Account with the Envato Elements Plugin.

Whenever i want to insert a block or a picture it just does NOT WORK. Nothing is inserted into the Elementor page. There is no help and support available from Envato.

An honest bad rating and cancel my payment to Elements is the only thing left i can do!
