Not working and need advise

Hi!
First of all, I am using W3TC for cache. Turning off Minify WILL work but I’m wondering, if I need to turn on Minify, is there anyway to go around this?
I have set the .js file to be whitelist from minify but yet, it doesn’t work.
So, any tricks to get it working with Minify turned on?
