    Hi I did the update today on WooCommerce site and it seems to be really slow loading as well as it does not show any stats. Do I have to create an account first? Weird because previously it would show the stats.

    Hi I have disabled it at the moment and the admin is now loading so much quicker. The Jetpack url tools said there were no issues however it would not load in the admin.

    We have recently made changes and in order to remain sustainable, we now provide free Jetpack Stats for non-commercial sites only.

    I don’t know your site’s URL but you mentioned WooCommerce which automatically qualifies your site as commercial. Please upgrade to a?paid plan?to continue using Jetpack stats. You can check out our help article for more information.?

    Oh so if I am using WooCommerce I need to have a paid plan?

    Anyway it won’t connect again it just goes around in circles.

    You don’t need a paid plan for WooCommerce, but if you want to have stats on the site you would need to add a paid plan for the stats since you’re running a commercial site.

    To fix this issue, can you please deactivate and delete Jetpack entirely, and then reinstall it, as described here:

    Hi it won’t connect, the spinner has been turning for five minutes now and still not connecting. How long does it take to get the spinner to stop turning.

    I can see that the plugin wasn’t disconnected/uninstall as my colleague suggested, so I’d suggest reinstalling it, while your other plugins are temporarily disabled. Here’s our documentation for the reinstallation steps again:

    You can then re-enable your other plugins.
