    Hi,
    thanks for trying our plugin.
    We have seen this happening before and it could be related to a time out, possibly due to the amount of orders that need to be processed.
    If you could send us a copy of the api.log then we can better understand the reason this is happening. (you’ll find this under ‘view debug log’ in integrations)
