Not Working – All Projects Default Portfolio Page

    Hello,

    So far this is one of the best themes I have come across. however, one option doesnt seem to work for me.

    In the ‘Theme Options’ under ‘Portfolio Options’ the option ‘All Projects Default Portfolio Page’ does not seem to work for me when selected. I selected a page from the drop-down menu and saved settings. However the slider still defaults to the posts.

    Unless I understand the option wrongly. I would like everything in the portfolio slider to default to a certain page, rather than the portfolio post.

    Is there anything you could recommend trying?

    sorry i did the tutorial you posted hence why you cant see much on my page! I made the portfolio type first then created 2 example portfolio items. after doing so i created a portfolio page to view these items. when publishing i could not see anything appear on the page and the footer disappeared. no i havent touched any of the CSS. really confused as to how this has happened? could it be that it is conflicting with the wordpress portfolio tab? would it be sensible to just uninstall the theme and install it again?

    I would first try re-saving your permalinks again. Then try deactivating plugins. Let me know if that fixes it.

    Your best bet may me to reinstall the theme. You are using the latest version (1.2.0), correct? And you have the latest version of wordpress?

    Ive done that however it does the same thing. I think now doing these tests the porblem may underlay on the Portfolio page or a mistake made on the Portfolio Options in the Pinnacle Toolkit!

    Can you send me an email, I see that your not using the “post title” permalink settings, that is a good thing to try, but more then that you have a portfolio item that seems to be crashing the portfolio grid page. Could be that something about it isn’t set up right.

    Thank you Hannah and Ben for your support on my issue! For others reading I stupidly had a conflicting plugin enabled! (Jetpack)
