Not working after updating WordPress and WooCommerce

  • I am currently developing an ecommerce site and had the products working great with percentage discounts set up using bulk discounts. However I have just update WordPress to the latest version and also update all other plugins including Woocommerce and bulk discounts. The bulk discount product info is still in there in the product admin and also the settings for bulk discount is still there however when I add the various quantities to the basket it no longer discounts them as it did previously. Is this compatible with 3.7.1 and the latest Woocommerce?

    Ultimate TinyMCE by Josh Lobe version 5.1,
    WooCommerce Bulk Discount by Rene Puchinger version 2.1.3,
    WooCommerce by WooThemes version 2.0.19

    WooCommerce Bulk Discount has been tested with several WooCommmerce 2.0.x versions, including the latest, 2.0.19.

    It has been tested with WordPress 3.5 to 3.6.1. I will check an update to version 3.7 soon.

    May I ask which was the previous version of WooCommerce Bulk Discount from which you updated to the latest version? I can then perform a migration test.

    I have checked my backed up files and it looks like the previous version of WooCommerce Bulk discount was Version: 2.0.12 it is now running 2.1.3

    I updated woocommerce from Version: 2.0.18 to Version: 2.0.19

    I think it the original site pre update was running 3.7 when it was all working ok. Now its on 3.7.1

    I looked on the issue and I found a glitch in the 2.1.x versions of Bulk Discount which, after updating from previous versions, forced Bulk Discount to be disabled on the products where it should be enabled.

    In a moment there will be new version, 2.1.4 which fixes this and it should solve your problem.

    Please let me know if it resolves the problem.
