Not working after update to Avada 3.8.4

I posted earlier to a thread on this same topic that was marked as resolved. However, I don’t think the issue is resolved.

I am using the latest Avada theme and the latest version of your plug-in and am having the same issue. I, too, submitted a ticket to Avada support and was told they are not responsible and to contact nsp-code.
