Not working after update

Upon investigating, I noticed that the link for every item has HREF completely missing. For example:

<a href="">Share for Debt Conversion</a>

Any idea why that would be?

I looked at the HTML source for your page and the tags used in your [mla_gallery] are not the defaults. Are you using a custom markup template for this gallery? Have you changed the “Default [mla_gallery] Templates and Settings” in the Settings/Media Library Assistant MLA Gallery tab?

If a custom style and/or markup template is involved it would be very helpful to see the complete source text of the template(s).

Thanks for your time. However, I realized this was actually a conflict with the plugin “Responsive Lightbox” by dFactory.

That plugin was automatically adding lightbox hrefs for all Media items, thus interfering with MLA. Unchecked that auto option and it’s all good now.

I will just need to find a good alternative for a lightbox gallery and I’m good to go. Btw, do you have any suggestions?

Thanks for your update with the good (for me) news! I am greatly relieved that MLA was not the cause of the problem.

I have had some experience and success with Fullscreen Galleria. One MLA user reported success with “Responsive Lightbox” but did not specify which one; maybe it was the other plugin authored by “subhansanjaya”. Another MLA user says “Simple Lightbox fits the bill for me!” This old topic has more information as well:
