Not working after multiple troubleshooting

    When you activate the plugin, the folder uploads/geot_plugin is recreated?

    Yes, it got recreated but plugin still did not work as expected.It was working fine earlier.

    This plugin is not compatible with cache. If you are using cache it won’t work for you. In other words it will work if the user it’s logged in as admin because cache it’s not used on logged users but regular users will have issues due to cached results
