    I updated the plugin yesterday and today a customer reported that the VAT is not deducted after providing a correct number.
    I wanted to access the settings of the plugin but the whole website hangs.

    Hi,

    This plugin does not have a facility to enter a VAT number. Did you buy the Premium version? www.remarpro.com don’t allow questions about non-free plugins in their forums, so you will need to report that on the website you bought it from.
