Not working after disabling and reactivating?

Hello,

We use a SAML plugin that will redirect anyone going to our wordpress site /wp-login or /wp-admin to a MFA page that we have setup. We had Force Login activated which meant any user that would go to our site would get redirected to wp-login which then redirected them to the MFA page. We deactivated it to test something and once we reactivated the plugin, it won’t redirect users to wp-login or wp-admin anymore. Any thoughts on why? I was looking through the .php file associated with this plugin and can’t find anything out of the ordinary.
