• Captcha accepts every answer.
    for example: 7-2= we -> accepted
    3+5= 13 -> accepted
    The only thing a spammer cant do: leaving the answer box empty.
    I’m not using woocommerce or TFA. But I have All In One WP Security installed.
    Why am I writing this here? I couldn’t find support contact…

  • Hi,

    Thank you for the feedback.

    This problem is related to TFA plugin. If TFA is activated, and you click “Log In” button, all standard fields are hidden. Instead of them, a user sees “One Time Password” field and “Log In” button which has no “name” attribute compared to the standard “Log In” button. That is why captcha accepts every answer.

    Sincerely,

    Hi,
    Thanks for your reply. Please read before writing: I have NO TFA installed or activated. And as you didn’t provide a solution, I deleted Captcha.

    Best regards
    Martin

    Hi Martin,

    We’re extremely sorry that our plugin doesn’t suit your needs.

    Unfortunately, we can’t implement the compatibility with all existing WordPress plugins and themes, but we can guarantee a correct work of our plugin with forms which are declared by its features if they are not modified by 3rd party functionality.

    However, we can try to help you if you want. To do so, please activate the plugin and provide a link to the page where the problem occurs.

    Sincerely,
    BestWebSoft Support Team
