not working

  • I installed the plugin and when I placed the shortcode in the page, I clicked to preview the results and I get in the screen the spindlier ajax-loader.gif only.
    Nothing else happens after this.

    The spindlier ajax-loader indicate there are javascript error caused by your theme/another plugins.

    Please provide your form URL and let me check it.
