Not working

I recently downloaded this plugin for my site https://www.encouraginghandsunited.org to delete the theme footer credits, but it is not working for me. I tried deleting just the theme credits then I deleted everything, but the theme footer credits are still showing. I do not have a cache plugin installed on my site.
