Not working

The plugin keeps saying you do not have a shipping option for your location?
I tried adding in the woocommcere options of flat rate and local pick up and they turn up in a drop down box at the view cart page, the by weight does not? (I don’t actually want those options I was just testing!)
Using wordpress 3.8
