• Hey, I just tried setting this plugin out however, when I added the ebay feedback profile it doesn’t download the reviews and is just stuck at ‘downloading’

    Please advise

    im having a similar problem. Reviews not downloading on my account page on YOUR website and the button to download more reviews is greyed out in plugin despite having a paid account.

    Hi @firstandlast !

    With the plugins you get the chance to display the last 10 reviews and manually update them every 10 days. The update reviews button will be available after the 10 day period. In case you need auto review update, please consider subscribing to the admin page, where the reviews are updated daily.

    Hi Lidia

    I am subscribed and logged in to my account on the plugin. I thought if I did login it would remove the limitation of downloading reviews every 10 days. But that doesn’t seem to be the case in this instance.

    The website and the plugins are 2 separate systems, it won’t unlock the limits here if you have a subscription.

    However, the big green banner on the Get reviews tab that says ” UPGRADE to PRO features, seems to give the impression that adding your account to the plugin gives you that feature. It’s a bit unclear in my opinion. Maybe it could be made clearer.
