• There is no way to print a label, it keeps asking for a credit card, which it never registers….

Updated – it turned out the wordpress.com account I had signed in with was different than the one trying to connect to pay and print the label. The plugin has been working great since support helped me figure out what the problem was.

Also, you can pair this with “USPS Simple Shipping for Woocommerce” to calculate your shipping at the cart.

    Hey @kryptonitecreative,

Sorry to hear about that. I’m not finding a recent ticket with your username on Woo.com, so it looks like you haven’t contacted support yet. Please do so here: https://woo.com/my-account/contact-support/

We’re currently unaware of any issues with adding credit cards and label printing, so I’m pretty certain that we’ll be able to help you solve this.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

To close the loop here, I wanted to share some context as it can help folks facing similar issues.

WooCommerce Shipping & Tax relies on a connection to WordPress.com to handle the purchase of shipping labels. The WordPress.com account that you use to connect when you first activate the plugin is the one that will be charged.

If at some point you need to switch the WordPress.com account being used, please follow this guide from our WooPayments documentation as the process is the same. You can then reconnect with the correct WordPress.com account.
