    First I am using your version in WordPress 5.9. I know you have tested it to 5.8.
    Could this be why it’s not working?
    I have brought the Cost of Goods for WooCommerce PRO version 2.5.
    Look at the link page you can see I have the price and cost. But when you go to Analytics Revenue cost total and profit total is £0.00.
    I want to get a report showing cost and profit. I am using the right plugin?

    Hi,

    Can you please try and run the option under Tools & Reports > Order tools > Recalculate orders cost and profit in the plugin’s settings.

    Secondly, you need to enable the options under Tools & Reports > Analytics.

    You will then be able to see costs and profits in Analytics > Orders

    Please let me know if you continue having trouble with this.

    I don’t know what is going on now. After your last feedback. All was working could get reporting.
    Now the next day The App seems to have deactivated itself. But clearly, it is still active. In plugin Under cost of goods for wooCommerce Pro, I select Setting, opens the setting page but the cost of the good tab is not showing.
    Nor anything under Tools.
    I hope I have not lost the data I put in.
    Can you tell me how to fix this?
    Note I Have both deactivated and re-activated No Change.

    Update
    If I uninstall the pro plugin and just have the free. I don’t have a problem.
    When I activate the PRO the whole lot disappear.
    So I deleted the pro and reinstalled the zip file from the WPfactory.com site with Key and it still when activated disappeared.
    WHY WHY
