Not working

Most likely your custom form templates are not updated. Until they are, you can rollback to BP Profile Search 5.3.5.

I rolled back and it started working again; however, I am using the default bps-form-default template.

Is there something else I could do?

Okay, I did have a custom template that was named default. I have updated and it’s working now. Thanks!
