not working

I have this plugin in 3 websites in 2 websites working fine and when I click to optimize the pictures it did a great job , but in one website when I press to optimize keep loading – 64 attachment(s) found, starting optimization… but the bar of percentage completed not appearing I try reinstall it and everything but same issue , is there a way to solve the issue.
