    Hi there, I have used your plugin with success many times, but for some reason not this time, can anyone help at all?
    Plugin installs correctly, set up goes through, but no chat box is displayed

    Hi @terryscott2,

    It looks like we had an issue on our side with the allowlisting of domains. This has now been resolved. Can I ask you to go through the set up process from the start, one more time?
