Not working

Nothing is happening when I select a crop area and and regenerate an image. It isn’t cropping it at all, but seems to regenerate it in the library when I check FTP. The example shows the correct crop but then nothing. https://share.getcloudapp.com/GGu2ZWL8 I hit regenerate after I select the crop and it doesn’t stick.

Any ideas?
