Not working

  • Hi,

    I’m trying to use age gate but whenever I click “Yes”, it doesn’t redirect to the homepage. Just stays at the age verification page.

    Hi @einniwku

    Sounds like your page is cached. If using caching be sure to switch age gate to javascript mode in the advanced setting and then clear any caching plugins and/or server caches as well as your browser cache

    thanks for this, v helpful but I have set the javascript, not sure how to clear the caching plugins or server cahes etc??

    Hi @poorsteggie,

    That will depend on what is doing the caching. If it’s a plugin, there’ll likely be some settings in the admin area. If it’s on your server, it’ll be something on your hosting panel or for a systems admin to have a look at.
