    I’ve created an email and added it to a product under the “Completed” order status and “Before Order Table”, but it’s not showing in the emails.
    Any ideas why?

    I figured out the problem. For some reason my orders are marked as Processing and not Completed, so I’ve applied the email to the Processing status and its working now.

    Thanks for using my plugin!

    You are correct, each Order goes through a series of different steps called “Status” and get changed along the way.

    Here is a list of all the Order Statuses:

    Most Orders will first automatically become “Processing” and then require you to manually mark them as “Completed” in the WooCommerce Admin area back-end. So I recommend users add content into the ‘Processing’ emails.
