Hi @anant01, sorry to hear that. I’d be glad to help, but I would need more details and which error you get. If you don’t see any error, please try to inspect the Network tab in Chrome DevTools. As it’s explained here for example: https://www.section.io/blog/chrome-developer-tools-tutorial-network/

And then when you run the import you should see what’s actually happening in the background.
