• Hi so I have the premium version and I have elementor and on the size guide when I have it on tab or tabbed pop-up, nothing comes up in the tab and when I enter the shortcode in the elementor template for the product its on, it doesn’t show anything.

    It works if I do it for the “show all size guides” shortcode but I dont want that so can you fix why its not working showing in the tab or tell me another way to do it so that the size guide will work if its assigned to a product.

    Thats a really low excuse, its the same on the free version aswell as thats what I started with and I’m fed-up of waiting so if you don’t want to “mislead” other users then just make it work In the first place.

    to use the Size Charts with Elementor, you should use some shortcodes that are not available in the free version of the plugin which, on the contrary, are included in the premium version. So, as previously said, to get support for the premium version of the plugin, please, write to our support service, otherwise, it could be misleading for other users here on www.remarpro.com, since the free version and the premium one are different.
    Our support developers will certainly help you achieve your goal.

    Two things. First, your a pro user and you cannot be supported here. The author cannot help you here and you can’t be supported here by them. They are not allowed to.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.

    Second? Your profanity laced, all-caps reply was archived as well. It’s still there but only forum moderators can see it.

    Don’t do that again, there’s a low tolerance for that abuse and you will be banned from this site if you repeat that. If you are going to post here then keep it civil.
