    Hi,

    we’re not allowed to discuss paid plugins, but I created an account and I couldn’t open a support ticket. I’ve got message: “You are not allowed to submit a ticket.”
    Also, I read nothing but comments that the thing isn’t working? I need this plugin, if working, and quick. And i need it to work with custom registration fields from a plugin not in your list.

    and if i click on ‘sign in’, it just refreshes the page and there’s nowhere to sign in… :/

    Did i mention we need to solve this asap?

    As mentioned earlier, we didn’t find any user with this name.
    Did you open a ticket? Could you tell us the ticket id?

    Hi, 2.5 weeks ago, in first message, i wrote that i couldnt open a ticket.
    Than i asked if i can contact you another way such as simple email. I dont know what’s so hard that we haven’t moved on for like 20 days almost.

    We understand that you couldn’t open a ticket, but did you able to register your account in our site? If yes, please share the email you used for that.
