    I’ve had mixed results with watson conversation and/or this plugin – it will run great for a while and then just randomly stop and start again

    maybe it coincides with plugin updates but it’s really hard to build a business this way – no other live chat programs I’ve used have had this problem

    I know this plugin is free but if you’re not going to respond to support requests you should make this known as I spent a lot of time developing our system based on the fact this plugin was available.

    I have the same problem. I put a lot of effort into the development ad now it’s just stopped working. However, the reason i write this is that I have noticed that whilst on my PCs the bot does not appear, it does appear in the site image when I test on gtmetrix. I thought this wa due to caching at first so i disabled the bot and tested on gtmetrix again – and there was no evidence of it in the screen image. And so on. I am in Australia. I take it your’re in the UK. Try the test!

    I notice that it works on our pcs on our wifi but not of mobile – so it could be something firewall? Same as you though, I’m kind of scratching my head with the inconsistencies.

    We’ve reached out to some developers to see if we can get this directly integrated and skip this plugin.

    I thought it was the bot code at IBM but I’ve been in touch with them and it’s the plugin. It’s a great shame – it was working really, really well. Ours does not work on mobile (iPhone) or on WiFi PC or iPhone on WiFi. Just seems to work in the US at GTmetrix!

    I also thought it was ibm at first and I almost dropped it right at the beginning but after speaking to them they told me their service was quite stable
