This is the most unhelpful review I have ever seen. You give no indication of the nature of the issue you have experienced, and you did not request support for your issue before posting your single word review.

According to the www.remarpro.com stats, the plugin is active on over 40,000 websites and it currently has 106 genuine five star reviews. This is the only one star review.

This free plugin does work and it is very well documented and is supported at no cost on the forum. I am confident that the issue you have is specific to your site, and is likely to be something that can be resolved very easily. In addition to not posting a support question to enable me to assist you in getting it working and it seems that probably did not look at the documentation either.

There are a few things you can investigate when troubleshooting any plugin which is not working as expected:

If you copied & pasted in the shortcodes from a web page showing an example usage, try deleting the shortcodes and type them directly instead.

Also you can use the healthcheck plugin to troubleshoot whether you have a plugin or theme conflicting with the Tabby Responsive Tabs plugin.

You are right. I gave the app another chance and it works now. The only thing is that simple customizing the tabs requires money. I’ll change my review.

There is only a free version of this Plugin. Optional add-on plugins are available to add features which were not part of the plugin’s original scope including customisation of the default styles.

The plugin was built to be as lightweight as possible and the its default stylesheet was designed to look good with as many themes as possible, so customisation was not in the scope of the plugin. The documentation outlines how to replace the stylesheet for a custom design. Making a custom set of styles should be simple for anyone with any CSS skills.

The optional customiser add-on was created to enable non-designers and people with more limited CSS skills to be able to easily create their own custom set of tab styles.
