    Hi Markus,

    thanks for this plugin!
    For some reason, I cannot get it to send emails to my customers or include the link to the Fastbill online invoice.
    I installed the plugin, filled in all the Fastbill-Info, activated Fastbill Online -Rechnung and also included {fastbill_invoice} in my standard “thank you”-email but nothing happens. No invoice email is sent and {fastbill_invoice} stays blank.

    What am I doing wrong?
