Not working

This isn’t working. I have the advanced setting on, so the drop-down shows with “replies to my comment” as the default.

An email goes out to confirm the subscription but when someone clicks the confirm link they get a page that shows “In order to cancel or suspend one or more notifications, select the corresponding checkbox(es) and click on the button at the end of the list. No subscriptions match your search criteria.”

(BTW, there is no list shown and no checkboxes on the page)

And there is nothing shown in the subscriber database. And the comment shows “no” on the Comments page (no, not subscribed).

I can’t imagine what’s wrong. Ideas?
