We use mailchimp plugin in our register page but it seems not working. It doesnt sends confirmation mails.
Why?

Can you please let us know the exact name and version number of the plugin you are using?
Latest version of wordpress and latest version of mailchimp for wordpress plugin.

Is there any error on the “other” page of the plugin?
Please note that errors won’t be visible under the form when using integration methods, so you have to make sure all required fields for the MailChimp list are filled.
I also suggest testing with double opt-in turned off to see if it’s really a problem on our side or if it’s just MailChimp not sending out the opt-in mail. They won’t send that email if you signed up too many times in a short amount of time.

Yes there are errors on other page but my test emails arent listed on there.
I tried both double opt-in and normal but both of them are not working. Without double opt-in the emails aren’t adding into our mailchimp list.With double opt-in there is an error:

Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving some ones keys to your house you are trusting they wont steal anything. Likewise the person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER.
If something was to go wrong, then you the author may well legally become liable for damages, which they would not normally have been as their software is provided without warranty.
Please be aware that repeatedly asking for credentials will result in us asking you to repeatedly stop before escalating up to the plugins team.
I have also tested it with my unusued gmail accounts (while using vpn) both of them couldnt added into our mailchimp list.
I use register page on the latest version of WordPress.
When I open double opt in option, the confirmation mail comes but it cant subscribes because the link goes to 404 error if I click on it.
Hi,
If you receive the opt-in mail after signing up that would mean the data is send to MailChimp successfully, as they are the one sending you that email.
I suggest contacting MailChimp support about the 404 error after clicking the opt-in link, maybe it is related to why the sign-up is not working for you.
Also I suggest to make a normal MC4WP form for the same list with just email as field and test if that works or if you get any errors. Maybe those errors wil point you in the right direction.

Just taking another fresh look at your registration page, now wondering if this really is a standard WordPress registration form, or some custom form that registers users?
If the latter is the case, please use the “Custom Integration” method.

Another way would be to use our free MailChimp UserSync addon, that will synchronize all you WordPress users periodically independent from the users registration method.

No it is just a wordpress default registration form. I dont understand why its not working but better contacting to mailchimp.
Hi again Ive found something:
By this register form condition Ive tested by slippery email again and when I looked from the desktop mailchimp site I have seen the new email/user from the list>Manage Contacts page. However it doesnt show on mailchimp activity page. I dont understand what this happen but I am happy to see it on manage contacts page from the newsletter list.
Also it shows some new subscribes (few days ago) and unsubscribes on activity page.

It seems that it might take awhile before statistics on the dashboard show up. Please contact MailChimp support about this if needed.
